IU and Byeon Woo SEOK will compete in acting in a new Korean drama called “The Wife of the 21st Century Prince” (Temporary Title).
“The Wife of the 21st Century Prince” is a romantic drama set as a Korean alternative version with a constitutional monarchy system.
This drama will talk about the love story of Sung Hee Joo, a chaebol inheritance with everything except for a noble status, and the prince Lee Ahn, a prince of the king.
IU will play the role of Sung Hee Joo, the second daughter of the largest family owner of Korea. He was born with strong beauty, intelligence and competitive spirit.
Sung Hee Joo always has all benefits in his life. But when the status as an ordinary person suddenly became a barrier in a perfect life, he was finally associated with this prince.
Lee Ahn is played by Byeon Woo SEOK. He was born as a son of two kings, and is described as a prince of the kingdom.
After hiding his identity in his lifetime, Lee Ahn began to experience big changes in his life after meeting Sung Hee Joo.
“The wife of the 21st century Prince” will be broadcast in the second half of 2025.
