But recently, Grok also became available to users of the free version of the social network. And now, xAI is preparing an application dedicated to its artificial intelligence.
As reported by our colleagues at TechCrunch, Elon Musk’s laboratory has started testing its ChatGPT competitor in beta on iOS, in a few countries, including the United States. “Grok is an AI-powered assistant, developed by xAI, designed to be as truthful, helpful, and curious as possible. Get answers to any question, generate striking images, and upload photos to understand your world better. With Grok, the universe is in your hands!”, we read in the description of the new iPhone application.
A website is also in preparation
At the moment, it is not known when this application will be accessible worldwide. But in any case, in addition to this iOS application, Grok is also preparing the launch of a website. As TechCrunch explains, this site is already accessible at Grok.com but for the moment, it does not allow access to the chatbot.
In any case, after being exclusive to users of the social network X, Grok is about to reach a wider audience, thanks to its mobile application and a dedicated website. This strategy will allow xAI to reach a wider audience and better compete with apps like Gemini or ChatGPT.
